2011 INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEERS DAY CELEBRATION,
SAYS team join other volunteers across the globe to celebrate this year celebration, our aims is to create awareness and advocate for the involvement of community leaders and religious leaders in Asaba the sate capital and rural areas of Delta state,e.g isheagu and ewulu. towards the achievement of millennium development in their various communities. also that the community and their leaders have to stand as agent of positive change in their various communities. the role of volunteers can not be over estimate.volunteers play major role in communities and nations building. therefore more volunteers needed to be recruited in our communities so that the goals and targets of millennium development goals can be achieved in our various communities.we also create awareness on maternal health of the rural women.which is goal five of the millennium development goals.
